Mezzrow

Mezzrow is a more refined sister venue to Smalls, run by the same team. Just like Smalls it hosts both established and up-and-coming artists every day of the week and is a great place to see your favorite musicians.

Be mindful though, some seating areas offer very limited or no view of the stage, so if you want good seats, get the tickets online and arrive early.

Mezzrow shares the website with Smalls and for both venues the program is known well in advance and usually lists all the players. If you are a bit of a jazz nerd and want to catch your favorite artist, it’s easy to plan ahead.

Depending on who’s playing it might make sense to buy the tickets in advance, but if you arrive early enough you can usually get some tickets at the door.
